We got it published in JOSPT!!!
Earthquake in Nepal this year was a Disaster in its true form. With many killed, plenty injured and disabled, houses collapsed, which followed by ongoing aftershocks and other disasters such as floods and landslides.
We shared our experiences regarding the disaster management as physical therapists with Journal of Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapy (JOSPT) on behalf of Nepal Physiotherapy Association (NEPTA). This article is titled "The Role of Physical Therapists in the Medical Response Team Following a Natural Disaster: Our Experience in Nepal" published in 1st September, 2015 in JOSPT. The article elaborates our experiences under the following headings:

The article concludes with the lessons learnt and recommendations. These are truly based on our experiences as physical therapists in Nepal with a hope that people from other countries learn from this and better manage a situation like these.
